Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after ordering without giving a reason. After reporting your return, the customer has the time to return the product within 14 days. You will then receive the full product price back. Shipping costs are not included.  

Return conditions

• Within 14 days after delivery;
• The product is complete and undamaged;
• The product is unused and unassembled;
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, if possible (this may not be written on);

Return procedure

Returning products is very easy. This works as follows:

1. Send an email to info@diamantled.nl stating 'return' with the order number
2. Send the products well packed back with the following completed form CLICK HERE FOR THE PDF
3. We check whether your return meets the return conditions
4. We will transfer the money to you within 14 days after receipt of the return (or your payment obligation will expire)

Return deposit
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging as best as possible. We will transfer the purchase amount within 14 days after you have reported the cancellation. 

Return costs
There are costs associated with returning products. These are not reimbursed by us. We only reimburse the costs of the item. The standard shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You are responsible for the return shipment. Depending on the product, you can send it to us by PostNL or transport company. The costs for returning depend on the carrier and will be from 3.95 (in combination with PostNL letterbox package).
