Shipping & pickup
1. Standard Shipping (DHL)
By default, all our packages are sent via DHL. If your order is placed and paid for Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. The schedule below shows the delivery times. In some cases a package is delayed at DHL. You can always track your shipment online using the Track & Trace code, which you will receive from us by email.

The delivery schedule in the Netherlands and Belgium is as follows (with the exception of public holidays):

2. Pick up in Eindhoven (North Brabant)
Collection of your order is possible, without extra costs, at our central warehouse in Eindhoven. You will receive a receipt from us with the address details of the warehouse. Please note that the warehouse is only a pickup location and is not open on public holidays.

Orders placed before 17:00 on a workday, will be delivered the next day! With the exception of weekends and holidays. Do you want product advice? Then you are welcome in our showroom in Eindhoven. You can also return your products here (please note: returns are only possible within two weeks).
